My Foundation

My mission is fueled by a deep belief that every man and every athlete has untapped potential - and that through intentional growth, mental strength, and a commitment to finishing well, they can live with purpose, lead with confidence, and make a lasting impact.

This foundation has been shaped by: 

  • Over 30 years of teaching and coaching 

  • Founding and directing the Eastview Fast Break Boys Basketball Summer League (20 years) 

  • Hosting the Men Pursuing More podcast 

  • Personal mentorship and leadership training through World Wide Dreambuilders 

  • Faith, family, and a passion for empowering men and athletes to become who they were created to be 

  • A Certified Life Coach through the Certified Life Coach Institute 

  • Leadership training through Tentmakers and Christian Educators
